I got sober in Escondido in 2001, but initially came into AA in 1998. I've been actively involved since 2001 and have had many commitments in the meetings I've attended. I have served on the San Diego County Men's Banquet for 9 years, the men's fall retreat for 3 years, and I continue to help when they need it. Sponsorship and giving back have been the most important parts that have helped me grow beyond what I thought was possible. I'm grateful for all the people who've touched my life and those I've been able to help. Keep us on the firing lines and protected.
